Corlissa Jackson
I am a native of Memphis, Tennessee, the youngest of five siblings, and a second-generation business owner. My entrepreneurial journey began early when I successfully owned and managed my high school’s student-run enterprise, Creations by Knights, through the Business Professionals of America program.
After graduation, I earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tennessee State University and went on to complete a master’s degree in human resource management at Strayer University.
To further strengthen my expertise, I obtained certifications in Small Business Consulting, Career Coaching, and Entrepreneurship from the International Association of Professional Career College. In addition, I am an active member of the National Career Development Association, which supports my continued growth and credibility as a career coach.
In 2021, after more than a 10yrs as an Employment Specialist and Human Resources professional, I founded Destiny Driven Business Services, LLC—an online B2C and B2B consultancy dedicated to advancing careers for jobseekers and fostering small business development.
It is my passion and purpose to share my knowledge, skills, and experience with job seekers and business owners. Through Destiny Driven, I specialize in career development services—such as coaching, training, and professional growth strategies—and small business development services, including business planning, branding, operations support, and growth strategies. My mission is to leverage this expertise to help individuals and entrepreneurs unlock opportunities, achieve sustainable success, and realize their full potential.
