Service Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

At Destiny Driven Business Services, LLC, I am committed to respecting the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of individuals and small business owners who participate in my services.

This policy describes how information shared during career coaching, career development, and small business consulting is handled.

2. Client Information

Depending on the services requested, client information may include:

Career Development

• Resumes and cover letters

• Career goals and employment history

• Educational background and professional qualifications

• Career and skills assessment results

• Interview preparation materials

• Career development plans

• Session notes and client feedback

Small Business Consulting

• Business ideas and goals

• Business plans and development documents

• Marketing and operational strategies

• General financial planning information voluntarily shared

• Business assessments and consulting notes

3. Sensitive Personal Information

DDBS does not require clients to provide Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or residential addresses through its standard coaching forms and materials.

Clients should remove unnecessary sensitive information from resumes, assessments, business documents, and other files submitted for review.

4. Confidentiality Commitment

I treat client information as confidential and use it for legitimate service-related purposes.

Client documents, coaching discussions, business plans, and assessment results will not be intentionally disclosed to unrelated parties without authorization, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

5. Referral Consent

Clients may be referred to external organizations or qualified professionals for additional support.

When a referral requires sharing confidential client information, DDBS will obtain appropriate authorization before making that disclosure, unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

Clients may decline optional referrals.

6. Virtual Coaching and Communications

DDBS may deliver services through online scheduling systems, virtual meetings, email, and other approved communication tools.

Clients should participate from a private location when discussing confidential matters and avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured communication channels.

Virtual sessions will not be recorded by DDBS without appropriate prior notice and consent.

7. Career Assessments and Learning Platforms

Clients may participate in assessments, online courses, microlearning activities, and career readiness exercises through external educational providers.

Each third-party provider may have its own privacy policy and terms of use.

Clients may be asked to voluntarily share relevant assessment results with DDBS for coaching purposes.

8. Client Documents and Records

DDBS may maintain service-related documents, correspondence, and notes for legitimate business and client support purposes.

Records will be retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business administration, and applicable legal obligations.

9. Client Rights

Clients may request information about the personal records maintained by DDBS, seek correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where permitted by law.

Clients may also ask questions about how their information is handled.

10. Service Boundaries

Career coaching and small business consulting are educational and advisory services.

DDBS does not guarantee employment placement, hiring decisions, business revenue, funding, or other specific outcomes.

Coaching services do not establish an attorney-client, therapist-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.

11. Confidentiality Limitations

Confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by a lawful court order, applicable reporting obligation, or other legal requirement.​​​
